Καλώδιο patch δικτύου helos ultra flex S/FTP Cat 6a TPE 20,0 m από helos

Network patch cable helos ultra flex S/FTP Cat 6a TPE 20.0 m by helos is a shielded, high‑performance Ethernet patch cable designed for reliable 10 Gigabit connections. The cable features individually foil‑shielded pairs with an overall braided shield (S/FTP), a halogen‑free TPE outer jacket and full‑copper conductors. With a 500 MHz bandwidth and 1:1 EIA/TIA 568B pinout, it is suitable for demanding cabling where flexibility and interference protection are required.

Advantages

The helos ultra flex cable combines extreme flexibility and mechanical durability with premium materials: a halogen‑free TPE sheath (IEC60754‑2), narrow strain relief sleeves with length marking, gold‑plated contacts and AWG 27 full‑copper conductors. Double shielding (S/FTP) reduces electromagnetic interference, while the slim, highly flexible construction simplifies routing and cable management in racks, patch panels and confined spaces.

Suitable for

• 10 Gigabit Ethernet links and Cat 6a installations
• Data centers, server rooms and network cabinets
• AV and media technology installations requiring flexible cabling
• Office and home networks with long cable runs

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat 6a, S/FTP (individually foil‑shielded pairs + overall braid)
• Conductor: 4 x 2 x AWG 27, full copper
• Bandwidth: 500 MHz
• Length: 20.0 m
• Pinout: 1:1 according to EIA/TIA 568B
• Jacket: halogen‑free TPE (IEC60754‑2)
• Contacts: gold‑plated

How to use

Connect one RJ45 plug to the network port of your switch, router or device and the other end to the corresponding port on the opposite device, observing the EIA/TIA 568B wiring. Ensure strain relief sleeves are seated at the connector and route the cable along cable trays or through cable management systems to avoid sharp bends. The slim, flexible design allows installation in dense rack environments and tight conduits.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid repeated sharp bends and protect the cable from crushing. Use the helos ultra flex S/FTP Cat 6a cable for runs requiring high bandwidth and strong EMI protection; maintain bend radii recommended by enclosure or rack manufacturers and keep connectors free of dust.
