Lindy 3m Cat.6A S/FTP LSZH καλώδιο δικτύου, γκρι

The Lindy 3m Cat.6A S/FTP LSZH Grey network cable is a shielded Ethernet cable designed for high-speed connections up to 10GBase-T and an operating frequency of up to 500 MHz. It uses overall braid shielding plus foil shielding around each wire pair (S/FTP) and is manufactured and tested to ISO/IEC 11801. The cable features gold-plated RJ-45 contacts and a snagless strain relief design. The LSZH (low smoke zero halogen) grey jacket reduces smoke and eliminates halogen emissions, making the cable suitable for indoor public installations.

Advantages

S/FTP construction provides improved protection against electromagnetic interference and crosstalk. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts ensure reliable, corrosion-resistant connections. The snagless strain relief reduces the risk of damage to the connector latch during installation and removal. The LSZH sheath minimises smoke and toxic halogen release in case of fire, making the cable appropriate for environments where reduced emissions are required.

Suitable for

• High-speed office and data centre networks requiring up to 10 GBase-T
• Indoor public spaces and installations with low-smoke/low-halogen requirements
• Patch panels, switches and network devices using RJ-45 connections

Key specifications

• Length: 3 m
• Category: Cat.6A, S/FTP (braid overall + foil per pair)
• Frequency: up to 500 MHz
• Standards: 10GBase-T support, manufactured/tested to ISO/IEC 11801
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Sheath: LSZH (low smoke zero halogen), colour: Grey
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to a network device (switch, router or NIC) and the other end to the corresponding port on the connected device or patch panel. Avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling; use the snagless strain relief to protect the connector latch during insertion and removal. Route the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources where possible to maintain signal integrity.

Recommendations

Use this Cat.6A S/FTP LSZH cable for in-building cabling where up to 10 GBase-T performance is required and where low smoke and halogen-free materials are preferred. For best performance, follow installation standards for bend radius and cable grouping as specified in ISO/IEC 11801.
