Καλώδιο δικτύου Helos CAT6 S/FTP (PIMF) 2m

The Helos CAT6 S/FTP (PIMF) 2m networking cable provides a two-meter connection using CAT6 performance with SF/UTP (S/FTP) shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and crosstalk. Fitted with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, the white cable is intended for Ethernet links in home and office networks and supports standard Gigabit Ethernet cabling technologies.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding construction (overall braid plus individually shielded pairs) improves signal integrity in environments with nearby power lines or multiple network cables. The CAT6 specification enables reliable 10/100/1000Base‑T(X) operation at typical LAN distances, and the RJ-45 terminations ensure easy plug-and-play installation with routers, switches, patch panels and networked devices. The two-metre length offers a balance between reach and cable management for desk-to-wall or equipment-to-switch connections.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, laptops and networked peripherals to switches or wall sockets
• Patch connections in small office or home network cabinets
• Linking networked AV equipment such as IP cameras, VoIP phones and media players
• Short runs between wall outlets and desktop devices where interference protection is desired

Key specifications

• Cable category: CAT6
• Shielding: S/FTP (braid overall with individually shielded pairs)
• Length: 2 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Supported cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base‑T(X)
• Colour: White

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your device and the other into the corresponding port on a switch, router or wall socket. Ensure connectors click into place to confirm a secure connection. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and pinch points; maintain gentle curves to preserve shielding and conductor integrity. For best results, connect at both ends before powering network equipment to allow automatic link negotiation.

Recommendations

Use the cable for short to medium Ethernet runs up to the specified length; avoid exceeding bend radius and keep the cable away from high-voltage power lines to maintain optimal shielding performance. For structured cabling installations, label both ends for easier fault finding and consider replacing damaged or heavily kinked cables to prevent intermittent connectivity.
