Καλώδιο δικτύου Helos CAT6a S/FTP PIMF 0,5 m Πορτοκαλί

The Helos CAT6a S/FTP PIMF networking cable in orange provides a short, robust connection for high-speed Ethernet links. At 0.5 m length this cable is designed for use where a compact patch lead is needed between devices or within equipment racks. It supports 10GBase-T cabling technology and is terminated with RJ-45 connectors on both ends to ensure compatibility with standard network ports and switches.

Advantages

Helos CAT6a S/FTP PIMF offers shielded construction that reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, improving signal integrity for 10 Gbit/s networks. The short 0.5 m length minimises signal attenuation and cable clutter in dense installations. Its orange jacket provides clear visual identification for cable management and troubleshooting.

Suitable for

• Short patch connections between switches, patch panels and servers
• Connections inside data cabinets and network racks
• High-speed 10GBase-T Ethernet links in office and lab environments
• Situations requiring clear colour-coding of network segments

Key specifications

• Cable length: 0.5 m
• Cabling technology: 10GBase-T (Cat6a)
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall shield with individually shielded pairs, PIMF)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Data transfer rate: up to 10,000 Mbit/s
• Colour: Orange

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the network port of a switch, router, patch panel or device and the other plug to the corresponding port on the paired device. Ensure connectors are fully seated until the latch clicks to maintain a secure electrical connection. Route the cable without excessive bending and avoid sharp kinks to preserve shielding and conductor integrity.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this 0.5 m shielded cable in environments where electromagnetic interference may be present and where short, direct connections are required. Keep the cable away from high-power electrical sources and maintain proper strain relief at connector ends. Use colour-coded cables to simplify network identification and maintenance.
