Καλώδιο δικτύου EFB Elektronik EC020200174 RJ-45 Cat7 25 m κόκκινο

The EFB Elektronik EC020200174 RJ-45 Cat7 networking cable is a 25 m red S/FTP cable designed for high-speed wired connections. Built to Cat7 specification, it supports data transfer rates up to 10000 Mbit/s and is fitted with gold-plated RJ-45 connectors on both ends for reliable electrical contact and reduced corrosion. The S/FTP shielding provides protection against electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, while the red jacket makes the cable easy to identify in structured cabling environments.

Advantages

This Cat7 cable combines S/FTP shielding and gold-plated RJ-45 connectors to ensure stable high-speed performance and long-term contact reliability. The 25 m length allows flexible placement between network devices without relying on intermediate patching. The red colour improves cable management by making the run visually distinct from other lines, and the construction reduces susceptibility to external noise in environments with many electronic devices.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches, routers and patch panels in office or home networks
• High-bandwidth applications such as 10 Gbit/s local area networks
• Server rooms and structured cabling where shielded runs are required
• Audio/video installations that benefit from reduced interference

Key specifications

• Standard: Category 7 (Cat7)
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid with foil-wrapped pairs)
• Maximum data rate: up to 10000 Mbit/s
• Length: 25 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 — both ends, gold-plated contacts
• Colour: Red

How to use

Route the 25 m cable between the two network devices you want to connect, ensuring connectors are aligned and fully inserted into the RJ-45 ports until they click into place. Avoid tight bends or kinks and keep the cable away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference whenever possible. If connecting to shielded equipment, ensure proper grounding of the cable shield according to your installation practice to maintain optimal S/FTP performance.

Recommendations

For best results, use this Cat7 S/FTP cable in shielded or mixed environments where reduced interference is important. Maintain bend radii recommended by standard cabling practice, and verify compatibility of RJ-45 ports with Cat7 performance requirements when deploying for 10 Gbit/s applications.
