Καλώδιο δικτύου EFB Elektronik MK7104.100W S/FTP Cat7 100 m Λευκό

The EFB Elektronik MK7104.100W is a 100 m S/FTP Cat7 patch cable designed for high-speed network installations. Constructed for transmissions up to 600 MHz, it meets and exceeds the electrical transmission requirements of Category 7, enabling data rates up to 10 GBit/s according to IEEE 802.3. The cable is white and intended for structured cabling where shielded performance is required.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding provides improved protection against electromagnetic interference and crosstalk. Compliance with Cat7 parameters and support for 10GBase-T ensure reliable high-speed data transfer. The 100 m spool length is suitable for longer runs within buildings or between equipment racks, and the white jacket allows discreet installation in many environments.

Suitable for

• 10GBase-T Ethernet connections
• Structured cabling in offices, server rooms and data centers
• Environments requiring shielded cables to reduce interference
• Long horizontal or patch runs up to 100 m

How to use

Cut the required length from the 100 m spool and terminate both ends with appropriate RJ45 Cat7-compatible connectors following standard wiring schemes (T568A or T568B). Maintain the shielding continuity by properly connecting the cable drain wire and foil shield to the connector and grounding point if required. Ensure the total channel length, including patch cords and connectors, does not exceed standards for the intended application.

Recommendations

Handle the S/FTP cable carefully to avoid damaging the foil and braid shields; avoid tight bends and excessive pulling force during installation. For optimal performance in environments with significant interference, ensure proper grounding of the cable shield and use matched shielded connectors and patch panels.
