Καλώδιο δικτύου Dexlan 858719 5m Cat6a S/FTP RJ-45

The Dexlan 5m Cat6a S/FTP RJ-45 networking cable provides a straight-forward physical connection for high-speed Ethernet links in home, office and small data center environments. Constructed to Cat6a performance parameters, the cable supports applications requiring higher bandwidth and improved alien crosstalk rejection. Both ends terminate in standard RJ-45 plugs for compatibility with switches, routers, network interface cards and other common Ethernet devices.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding surrounds each pair and adds an overall foil + braid shield that reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, improving signal integrity at higher frequencies. The 5-meter length balances reach and signal quality for typical desk-to-switch or cabinet-to-wall runs. Standard RJ-45 connectors ensure plug-and-play connectivity with existing network equipment without special adapters.

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of the devices you wish to link until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and long parallel runs alongside power cables to minimize potential interference. For wall-mounted equipment or patch panels, allow a small service loop to prevent strain on the connectors. Verify link status on connected devices to confirm successful negotiation and data transfer rates.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6a S/FTP cable for critical links where reduced interference and higher bandwidth are needed. For permanent in-wall installations, confirm local building codes and consider a solid-conductor variant if required. When pairing with existing infrastructure, ensure patch panels and jacks are rated for Cat6a to preserve end-to-end performance.
