Zebra Z-Select 2000D λευκές αυτοκόλλητες ετικέτες

The Zebra Z-Select 2000D 31 x 22mm direct thermal labels are a compact, ready-to-use solution for accurate on-demand printing. Each roll contains 2,780 white labels with a 31 x 22 mm printable area and a 2.5 cm core diameter, designed for straightforward loading into compatible label printers. These labels use a heat-sensitive topcoat that eliminates the need for ribbons, ink or toner, producing clear, legible text and barcodes suitable for short- to medium-term applications.

Advantages

Direct thermal construction simplifies operation since no separate ribbon is required, reducing consumable management and printer preparation time. The consistent white face stock provides reliable contrast for thermal printheads, improving barcode readability and scan rates. The compact label size and large roll quantity minimize roll changes and save storage space while maintaining stable print quality across the length of the roll.

Suitable for

• Shipping and courier labels for small parcels and parcels with limited label area
• Inventory tagging and shelf labeling in warehouses and backrooms
• Retail price tags and small product labels
• Asset identification and tracking for office equipment and IT assets
• Barcode labels for point-of-sale and light industrial scanning

Key specifications

• Label size: 31 x 22 mm
• Face colour: White
• Printing method: Direct thermal (no ribbon required)
• Labels per roll: 2,780
• Core diameter: 2.5 cm

How to use

Load the roll into a compatible direct thermal label printer, ensuring the thermal face is oriented according to the printer manufacturer’s guidance. Adjust printer settings for label length and gap or black mark sensing as appropriate for a 31 x 22 mm label. Design labels with appropriate margins to prevent edge clipping and use standard thermal label fonts or barcode symbologies for best readability. For consistent results, allow prints to dry briefly and avoid rubbing the freshly printed surface immediately.

Recommendations

Store rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources to preserve sensitivity of the thermal coating. For applications requiring long-term durability or resistance to abrasion, moisture, or heat, consider testing the labels in the target environment before full deployment, since direct thermal prints can fade over time when exposed to heat or certain chemicals.
