WISI FLEXSWITCH DXR0508 Multiswitch 5 σε 8 τροφοδοτούμενο από δέκτη παθητικά cascadable

Distributing satellite TV signals to multiple receivers in a single-family home or small MDU often requires an active multiswitch with a separate power supply, adding cost and installation complexity. The WISI FLEXSWITCH DXR0508 solves this by providing a passive, receiver-powered multiswitch that combines four satellite polarisations and one terrestrial signal, then distributes them to up to eight subscriber outputs without any external power source.

Who is it for

This multiswitch is ideal for installers and homeowners who need to feed up to eight satellite receivers from a single Quattro LNB and a terrestrial antenna. Because it is receiver-powered, it is particularly useful in installations where no mains socket is available near the distribution point, or where a clean, energy-efficient setup is preferred.

Main features

• 5 inputs: 4 satellite IF (950–2150 MHz) + 1 terrestrial (5–862 MHz)
• 8 subscriber outputs with F-connectors
• Receiver-powered (passive) – no external power supply required
• Cascadable for larger installations
• Passive terrestrial path for FM/DAB/TV signals
• Supports DiSEqC 2.0/1.0 and 13/18 V, 0/22 kHz switching commands
• Die-cast zinc housing for durability and shielding

Specifications

• SAT frequency range: 950–2150 MHz
• Terrestrial frequency range: 5–862 MHz
• SAT input attenuation: 0 dB (typical)
• Terrestrial input attenuation: 0 dB (typical)
• SAT-SAT isolation: > 30 dB
• SAT-terrestrial isolation: > 30 dB
• Return loss: > 10 dB

• Max output level terrestrial (EN 50083-3): 85 dBµV
• Operating temperature: -20 to +50 °C
• Housing material: die-cast zinc

Tips

When cascading multiple DXR0508 units, connect the terrestrial input of the second switch to the terrestrial output of the first. Ensure all receivers connected to the multiswitch are DiSEqC-compatible for correct satellite selection.
