Switch δικτύου QOLTEC 52292 — Gigabit Ethernet PoE, 16x RJ45, 2x RJ45 Uplink, 2x SFP

Description: Discover the full potential of your networkDiscover a reliable and efficient Plug&play network device. With 16 10/100 Mbps ports with PoE, as well as 2 additional Uplink ports (RJ45 1000 Mbps) and SFP ports (fibre optic 1000 Mbps), the device allows you to create a flexible and scalable LAN network without unnecessary power cables, external power supplies or additional switches.Reliable communication - Widely used in any spaceThe switch is designed for users who need a reliable network connection in various environments:in home multimedia networks (movie streaming, online gaming, smart home operation),in IP surveillance (support for PoE-powered cameras),in small and medium-sized companies (Wi-Fi access points, VoIP, NAS servers),in fiber optic installations (thanks to the SFP port - e.g., interconnection between buildings). Power up and transfer data at speeds of up to 1 Gb/sDiscover new possibilities with the Qoltec device, which offers: Compliance with the IEEE 802.3af standard - offering up to 15.4W per port and a total of 250W output power for the entire switch,Automatic detection of PoE devices,SFP port for fibre optic connections,Data transfer speed up to 1 Gb/s, Robust metal housing protects the electronics inside and allows operation in more demanding conditions,Quiet operation thanks to passive cooling, Plug & Play no configuration required. Quiet operation, sturdy metal construction and instant installationOur device offers instant and hassle-free installation thanks to Plug&Play technology, which requires no additional configuration or specialist technical knowledge. All you need to do is follow a few simple steps. First, connect the devices to the appropriate RJ45 ports using the appropriate network cables, and then connect one of the ports to your router or access modem. Ensure that the LEDs on the switch indicate activity on the ports. The durable metal housing protects the electronics, ensures durability, resistance to electromagnetic interference and effective heat dissipation, which translates into long and stable operation of the device. | Switch class: Unmanaged | Application: Home and small office | Application: Medium and large companies | Network architecture: GigabitEthernet | Number of 10/100/1000 Mbps ports: 20 | Number of PoE ports (PoE & PoE+): 16 | Number of SFP ports: 2 | Console port: No | Forwarding mode: Cut-through | Throughput: 20 | Support for Jumbo frames: No | Stackability: No | Supported protocols and standards: IEEE802.3, IEEE802.3u, IEEE802.3x, IEEE802.3af | Fan: No | Power supply: Internal | Environment requirements: Working temperature: -10°C ~ 55 | Accessories included: 1 x Network switch 1 x Cable 2 x Handle 1 x User manual 1 x Warranty card | Dimensions: (D/L x W x H): 186 x 265 x 43 mm | Weight: 1.723

How to use

Install the switch on a shelf or in a network rack and connect the uplink ports or SFP modules to your core network or upstream router. Connect PoE-enabled devices to the dedicated RJ45 PoE ports using standard Cat5e/Cat6 cables to provide both data and power. Non-PoE endpoints may be connected to the uplink ports as needed. Power the unit from a suitable mains outlet and verify link/activity LEDs to confirm proper connections and operation.

Recommendations

Plan PoE budget according to the total power consumption of connected devices and verify that individual device power requirements are within the switch's per-port PoE capability. Use quality Ethernet cables (Cat5e or higher) and appropriate SFP modules for fiber uplinks to ensure stable Gigabit performance and reliable power delivery across the network.
