Σετ ροδών για rack QOLTEC 4 τεμ. χωρίς ασφάλιση μοντέλο 54508

Set of four swivel castor wheels by QOLTEC designed for rack model 54508, supplied without locking mechanism. These castors provide smooth mobility for server cabinets, AV racks, IT enclosures and other furniture that requires easy repositioning. Constructed for compatibility with standard rack mounting points, the set enables quick movement during maintenance, reconfiguration or transport within offices, data centres and technical rooms.

Advantages

The castor wheels are supplied as a matched set of four unbraked swivel units to ensure uniform rolling behaviour and balanced support. Their compact design minimises added height while providing reliable mobility for loaded racks. As non-locking castors they allow unobstructed swivel motion for quick orientation changes and straightforward installation reduces downtime when retrofitting existing equipment.

Suitable for

• Server cabinets and network racks that require temporary relocation
• AV equipment racks in studios and event venues
• IT enclosures and small data centre trolleys
• Workshop or office furniture where frequent repositioning is needed

Key specifications

• Quantity: set of 4 swivel castor wheels
• Brake type: no locking mechanism (unbraked)
• Compatibility: intended for use with QOLTEC rack model 54508 and similar rack systems with matching mounting points
• Movement: full 360° swivel for easy manoeuvring
• Typical application: indoor use on flat, hard surfaces

How to use

Install each castor by aligning the mounting plate or stem with the rack’s designated attachment points and secure with appropriate fasteners. Verify that all four castors are mounted at the same height and securely tightened before moving the rack. When repositioning, use at least two people for large or fully loaded cabinets and move slowly over level flooring to avoid sudden impacts or tipping. After relocation, ensure the rack is stable and, if required, use external stabilising measures since these castors do not include locks.

Recommendations

For safe operation, use the castors on even, hard surfaces and avoid prolonged movement on thresholds or uneven flooring. If stationary use is needed after positioning, add wheel locks or floor anchoring to prevent unintended movement. Regularly inspect mounting hardware and wheel condition to maintain reliable performance.
