With 24 x 10/100/1000 Mbps ports with PoE function and 2 SFP (fiber 1000 Mbps) ports, the device allows you to create a flexible and scalable LAN - without unnecessary power cables, external power supplies or additional switches.Reliable communication - Widely used in any spaceThe switch is designed for users who need a reliable network connection in various environments:in home multimedia networks (movie streaming, online gaming, smart home operation),in IP surveillance (support for PoE-powered cameras),in small and medium-sized companies (Wi-Fi access points, VoIP, NAS servers),in fiber optic installations (thanks to the SFP port - e.g., interconnection between buildings). Power up and transfer data at speeds of up to 1 Gb/sDiscover new possibilities with a Qoltec device that offers: Compliance with the IEEE 802.3, IEEE 802.3u, IEEE 802.3x,Automatic detection of PoE devices,SFP ports for fiber optic connections,Data transmission speed up to 1Gb/s, Robust metal housing protects the electronics inside and allows for operation in more demanding conditions,Quiet operation thanks to passive cooling, Plug & Play - no configuration. Quiet operation, sturdy metal construction and instant installationOur device offers instant and hassle-free installation thanks to Plug&Play technology, which requires no additional configuration or specialist technical knowledge. All you need to do is follow a few simple steps. First, connect the devices to the appropriate RJ45 ports using the appropriate network cables, and then connect one of the ports to your router or access modem. Ensure that the LEDs on the switch indicate activity on the ports. The durable metal housing protects the electronics, ensures durability, resistance to electromagnetic interference and effective heat dissipation, which translates into long and stable operation of the device. | Switch class: Unmanaged | Application: Home and small office | Application: Medium and large companies | Network architecture: GigabitEthernet | Number of 10/100/1000 Mbps ports: 26 | Number of PoE ports (PoE & PoE+): 24 | Number of SFP ports: 2 | Console port: No | Forwarding mode: Cut-through | Throughput: 52 | Support for Jumbo frames: No | Stackability: No | Supported protocols and standards: IEEE802.3, IEEE802.3u, IEEE802.3x | Fan: No | Power supply: Internal | Environment requirements: Working temperature: -25°C ~ 40 | Accessories included: 1 x Network switch 1 x Cable 2 x Handle 1 x User manual 1 x Warranty card | Dimensions: (D/L x W x H): 219 x 314 x 44 mm | Weight: 1.865

How to use

Install the switch in a rack or place it on a stable surface near the network aggregation point. Connect upstream network equipment to one of the SFP slots using compatible fiber modules or to a copper Gigabit port for shorter uplinks. Connect end devices—IP cameras, phones or access points—to the RJ45 ports using CAT5e or higher cabling. Ensure PoE devices are compatible with the switch’s PoE standard before connecting. Power the unit from a suitable AC outlet, then verify link/activity LEDs to confirm proper connections and device operation.

Recommendations

Use shielded twisted-pair cabling for environments with electrical interference, and plan PoE budget based on the power requirements of all connected devices to avoid overloading the switch. For fiber uplinks, select SFP modules that match the required fiber type and distance. Keep firmware (if applicable) and connected devices up to date to maintain interoperability and security.
