Πρίζα κεραίας Kathrein ESD 64 ασημί

The Kathrein ESD 64 Silver outlet box is a 2‑port antenna outlet with loop‑thru capability designed for distribution of FM, VHF and UHF signals in satellite and cable TV installations. It supports frequency ranges 4–68 MHz and 118–862 MHz, and covers the FM band 87–108 MHz. The unit features a compact silver housing and multiple connections for straightforward integration into residential or commercial setups.

Advantages

The outlet provides loop‑through functionality across two ports, enabling daisy‑chain connection of downstream devices. Specified connection loss values help plan system link budgets: FM loss approximately 10 dB and VHF/UHF loss approximately 8 dB. The compact silver design is suitable for confined installation spaces and offers durable construction for long service life.

How to use

Mount the outlet box at a convenient, accessible location and connect the incoming antenna or distribution feed to the input. Use the two output ports to feed two receivers or to continue the distribution chain via the loop‑thru port. Ensure all coaxial connectors are tightened to maintain proper signal levels and minimize additional loss. Follow local installation codes and use appropriate grounding where required.

Recommendations

For best signal performance, verify the system link budget considering the specified connection losses (FM 10 dB; VHF/UHF 8 dB) and compensate with amplification upstream if necessary. Use quality coaxial cables and connectors to reduce additional attenuation.
