Πομποδέκτης AV LevelOne 1-κάναλο BNC μέσω κιτ επέκτασης οπτικής ίνας 20 km

The LevelOne AVF 1-Channel BNC over Fiber Optic Extender Kit transmits composite video signals over optical fibre for distances up to 20 km. The transmitter digitizes analogue video, converts it to an optical signal and sends it through the fibre link to the receiver, which converts the signal back to analogue for display. This kit is designed for analogue surveillance and video wall systems, enabling long-distance, high-quality AV transmission and integration with existing signage or legacy deployments. Compact dimensions and low power consumption make it simple to install into rack or field setups.

Advantages

The kit supports long-range transmission up to 20 km and is compatible with common fibre wavelengths (1470–1610 nm and 1310 nm). It uses FC fibre connectors for reliable physical connections, offers a compact footprint (70 mm × 25 mm × 90 mm), and has low power consumption (12 W). The device preserves analogue video quality while extending signal reach beyond standard copper limits.

Suitable for

• Analogue CCTV and surveillance camera links
• Video wall and signage systems requiring long-distance links
• Upgrading legacy analogue AV installations to fibre

How to use

Connect the composite video source to the transmitter’s BNC input and attach the fibre cable using the FC connector. Power the transmitter with the supplied adapter and ensure the receiver unit is connected to the same fibre link at the remote end. At the receiver, connect the BNC output to your monitor or recording device. Verify link continuity and confirm video output on the display. For installations with multiple links, label fibre ends and test each link individually before final mounting.

Recommendations

Install the units in dry, ventilated locations and use single-mode fibre compatible with the device wavelengths. Keep fibre connectors clean and protected; use dust caps when not connected. For optimal performance, test the fibre link after installation and avoid tight bends or stress on the fibre cable.
