Καλώδιο δικτύου Lindy 47682 πράσινο 7,5 m Cat6a S/FTP (S-STP)

Networking Cable Lindy 47682 RJ-45 Cat6a 7.5m Green is a shielded Cat.6A S/FTP cable designed for Ethernet speeds up to 10 GBase-T with an operating frequency up to 500 MHz. The cable is 7.5 meters long, finished in green, terminated with gold-plated RJ-45 connectors on both ends, and manufactured to ISO/IEC 11801 standards. The LSZH (halogen-free) sheath reduces smoke and eliminates toxic halogen emissions, making the cable suitable for use in public spaces.

Advantages

The S/FTP construction combines a braided overall shield and foil shielding for each twisted pair to minimise external interference and crosstalk. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts provide corrosion-resistant connections for long-term reliability. The connector housings include a snagless strain relief design that protects the latch during installation and removal. The cable is tested for Cat6a performance and supports 10GBase-T over distances appropriate for horizontal cabling.

Suitable for

• High-speed wired Ethernet networks (10GBase-T)
• Office and data centre horizontal cabling
• Environments requiring reduced electromagnetic interference
• Public areas and installations where low smoke and halogen-free materials are required

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat.6A (ISO/IEC 11801)
• Shielding: S/FTP (braid overall + foil per pair)
• Bandwidth / Frequency: up to 500 MHz
• Data rate: supports 10GBase-T
• Length: 7.5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Sheath: LSZH (halogen-free)
• Colour: Green

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to the network device (switch, router or NIC) and the other RJ-45 connector to the corresponding port on the endpoint or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to maintain a secure connection. Route the cable without sharp bends and avoid tight kinks; maintain bend radii recommended for Cat6a cabling. For optimal performance, keep the cable away from strong electrical noise sources and separate from power cabling where possible.

Recommendations

Use this Lindy Cat6a S/FTP cable for short- to medium-length horizontal runs where 10G connectivity and low electromagnetic interference are required. For permanent installations, follow local cabling standards and channel length limits for 10GBase-T to ensure rated performance.
