Μονάδα πομποδέκτη SFP BlueOptics SFP-1G-ZX-120KM-EN-BO 1250 Mbit/s

The BlueOptics SFP-1G-ZX-120KM-EN-BO is a single‑mode fiber optic SFP transceiver module engineered for 1 Gbit/s class links with a nominal data rate of 1250 Mbit/s. Designed for long‑reach applications, this compact module supports extended distance optical connections while keeping physical footprint and weight to a minimum. Its industrially rated construction and specified mean time between failures (MTBF) of 3,000,000 hours provide a predictable reliability profile for network equipment and telecom installations.

Advantages

The module delivers a standardized SFP interface that fits a wide range of switches, routers and media converters supporting SFP form factor. Low weight and compact dimensions simplify installation and spare‑part handling. The long MTBF figure indicates reduced likelihood of unscheduled replacements and lower operational maintenance effort. Compatibility with 1 Gbit/s networks and long‑reach single‑mode fiber makes it suitable for backbone and campus links.

Suitable for

• Long‑reach single‑mode fiber backbone links up to 120 km
• Data center interconnects and campus network uplinks
• Integration into switches, routers and media converters with SFP slots
• Telecom access links and metropolitan area network segments

Key specifications

• Interface type: SFP
• Nominal data transfer rate: 1250 Mbit/s
• Optical reach: up to 120 km (single‑mode fiber)
• Form factor: Small Form‑Factor Pluggable (SFP)
• Weight: 0.02 kg
• Reliability: MTBF 3,000,000 hours

How to use

Insert the BlueOptics SFP-1G-ZX-120KM-EN-BO into a compatible SFP slot on your network switch, router or media converter while the host device is powered down or following the vendor’s hot‑swap guidelines. Connect single‑mode fiber patch cords with appropriate LC connectors, ensuring correct transmit/receive pairing and cleanliness of connector endfaces. Verify link negotiation at 1 Gbit/s on the host device and monitor link status using the equipment’s management interface or LEDs.

Recommendations

Use single‑mode fiber with appropriate attenuation/dispersion budget for distances up to 120 km, and keep connector endfaces clean to avoid signal loss. Confirm firmware and hardware compatibility with your host device vendor specifications before deployment. For optimal longevity, store and handle the transceiver in a dry, electrostatically safe environment and follow manufacturer guidelines for installation and removal.
