Microconnect V-UTP603W-schlank Καλώδιο δικτύου Λευκό 3 m Cat6 U/UTP (UTP)

The Microconnect V-UTP603W-SLIM RJ-45 Cat6 3m White is a slim, 3-metre U/UTP networking cable designed for high-speed data transfer up to 10000 Mbit/s. Its thinner, flexible construction is intended for installations in confined spaces such as IT racks and cabinets, and the cable is tested to the Cat6 standard (up to 250 MHz) while remaining backwards compatible with Cat5e and Cat5. Both ends are fitted with RJ-45 connectors and the cable is finished in white for unobtrusive installation.

Advantages

The slim design reduces cable bulk and improves accessibility in dense installations, allowing easier routing and quicker connector changes. Increased flexibility makes handling and installation simpler in limited-space environments. Improved airflow around slim cables can help reduce equipment overheating risk. The cable meets Cat6 test parameters to 250 MHz and is compatible with older Cat5e/Cat5 systems, providing interoperability across mixed networks.

Suitable for

• Patching and horizontal cabling in server racks and network cabinets
• Workstation connections where space behind desks is limited
• Patch panels and high-density networking closets

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat6, tested to 250 MHz
• Data rate: up to 10000 Mbit/s
• Length: 3 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 — both ends
• Shielding: U/UTP
• Colour: White
• Weight: 0.036 kg
• Compatibility: Backwards compatible with Cat5e and Cat5

How to use

Route the Microconnect slim Cat6 cable between devices or from patch panel to switch, inserting the RJ-45 connectors into the appropriate ports until they click. Use the cable’s flexibility to guide it through tight spaces and around other cabling. Avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling force when installing; the molded connector boot helps protect the plug during routing through constrained areas.

Recommendations

For best performance, maintain standard Cat6 installation practices: avoid running Ethernet cables parallel to high-voltage power lines, respect recommended bend radius, and use proper cable management in racks and cabinets to preserve airflow and reduce interference.
