Καλώδιο Ethernet ProXtend CAT5e RJ-45 0,5 m μπλε

The ProXtend CAT5e U/UTP copper Ethernet cable is a 0.5 m RJ-45 patch cable designed for 10/100/1000Base-T(X) networks. Constructed with copper conductors and a PVC jacket, this blue cable supports data transfer rates up to 1000 Mbit/s and features gold-plated contacts for improved conductivity and longevity.

Advantages

This ProXtend CAT5e cable includes strain relief and a snagless latch to protect the connector during installation and use. The U/UTP configuration reduces crosstalk and basic external interference, and the PVC outer sheath provides mechanical protection. The cable is available in copper and copper-clad aluminum variants and multiple lengths and colours to suit different installations.

Suitable for

• Home networking between router, switch and PC
• Office LAN connections and patch panels
• Connecting network devices such as printers, NAS or access points
• Short patching runs in structured cabling

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the appropriate network ports on your devices (for example, router to PC or switch). Ensure connectors click into place and avoid sharp bends near the connector to maintain signal integrity. For best results, use this 0.5 m cable for short patching runs or direct device connections within the same room or rack.

Recommendations

For stable Gigabit performance, keep the cable run within recommended lengths for patch connections, avoid running parallel to high-power electrical lines, and handle the cable by the connector body rather than pulling on the jacket to prevent strain on contacts and the snagless latch.
