Microconnect V-UTP603W-FLAT Καλώδιο δικτύου Λευκό 3 m Cat6 U/UTP (UTP)

The Microconnect V-UTP603W-FLAT U/UTP Cat6 3m White is a flat Cat6 networking cable designed for compact installations where space is limited. With a 3 m length and a white finish, the cable supports data rates up to 10000 Mbit/s and meets the Cat6 standard with testing up to 250 MHz. The U/UTP construction provides reliable performance and compatibility with existing Cat5e and Cat5 networks.

Advantages

The flat design allows the cable to be routed in tight spaces such as inside IT racks, behind baseboards, under carpets or along skirting boards without creating noticeable bulges. It is backwards compatible with Cat5e and Cat5 equipment and tested to the Cat6 frequency of 250 MHz. Each cable includes a snagless connector boot that helps protect the plug latch when feeding the cable through narrow installation paths.

Suitable for

• Connecting network devices in crowded server racks and cabinets
• Hidden cabling behind skirting boards and baseboards
• Under-carpet or low-profile floor installations
• Home and small-office Ethernet connections up to Cat6 performance

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat6, tested up to 250 MHz
• Length: 3 m
• Data rate: up to 10000 Mbit/s
• Shielding: U/UTP
• Colour: White
• Connector: RJ45 with snagless boot
• Compatibility: Backwards compatible with Cat5e and Cat5

How to use

Route the flat cable along the chosen path, keeping bends gentle to avoid kinking. For concealed runs, slide the cable behind skirting boards or under carpets, ensuring the path is free of sharp edges. Insert RJ45 connectors into network ports until the latch clicks; the snagless boot protects the latch during installation through tight openings. Verify the connection with your network device and, if needed, test link speed and stability using appropriate network testing tools.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines for long distances and maintain gentle bends. Use proper cable management in racks and cabinets to prevent strain on connectors and to preserve Cat6 signal integrity.
