Microconnect USBEXT60M Επεκτατής δικτύου πομπός & δέκτης δικτύου μαύρο

The Microconnect USBEXT60M is a network transmitter and receiver pair designed to extend USB connections over Cat5/Cat5e/Cat6 network cable up to 60 meters. It converts USB signals to travel over standard Ethernet cabling while providing a stable 5 V output and compact form factor for easy installation in small spaces.

Advantages

The USBEXT60M supports transmission distances up to 60 m over Cat5-class cable, operates from a wide AC input range (100–240 V, 50–60 Hz) and delivers a fixed 5 V output for connected USB devices. Its lightweight (0.03 kg) and black housing make it unobtrusive and simple to mount or hide near equipment.

Suitable for

• Extending USB peripherals (keyboard, mouse, printer) over distances beyond standard USB limits
• Connecting USB devices in classrooms, offices, kiosks, or control rooms using existing network cabling
• Situations where a compact and lightweight USB extension solution is required

Key specifications

• Input voltage: AC 100–240 V, 50–60 Hz
• Output voltage: 5 V DC
• Weight: 0.03 kg
• Colour: Black
• Brand: MicroConnect, MPN: USBEXT60M, EAN: 5704327258469

How to use

Connect the transmitter unit to the host computer’s USB port and the receiver unit to the USB device. Link the two units with Cat5 (or better) cable up to 60 meters in length. Ensure the transmitter and receiver are powered according to the included power adapter specifications so the receiver can provide a stable 5 V output to the USB peripheral.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, use quality Cat5e or Cat6 cables and avoid running the cable in close parallel with high-voltage power lines. Confirm device compatibility with USB-over-cable extenders for power-hungry peripherals; some devices may require local power or a powered USB hub.
