Microconnect MC-SFTP8005B Καλώδιο δικτύου μπλε 0,5 m Cat8.1 S/FTP (S-STP)

The MicroConnect CAT8.1 patch cable MC-SFTP8005B is a short, high-performance network cable designed for demanding environments that require very high data rates. This 0.5 m blue S/FTP cable uses RJ-45 connectors with gold-plated contacts and supports multi-gigabit transmission speeds up to 40000 Mbit/s and bandwidths up to 2000 MHz. The cable features 50 μ'' RJ45 connectors for improved contact, latch protection to reduce the risk of clip breakage and meter markings on the boot for quick length identification.

Advantages

The cable provides Cat8.1 performance with S/FTP shielding to minimise interference and ensure signal integrity in dense installations. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts improve conductivity and corrosion resistance. Latch protection increases connector durability, while clear meter markings make cable management easier in racks and patch panels.

Suitable for

• 25 Gbps and multi-gigabit network links
• Server rooms and data centres
• High-bandwidth workstations and network devices
• Short patch connections between switches, routers and servers

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat8.1 (S/FTP)
• Length: 0.5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Maximum data rate: up to 40000 Mbit/s
• Bandwidth: up to 2000 MHz
• Colour: Blue
• Weight: 0.04 kg

How to use

Connect the RJ-45 plugs to corresponding RJ-45 ports on switches, routers, servers or network interface cards. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to secure the connection. Use the meter marking on the boot to confirm the 0.5 m length when planning cable runs or organising patch panels.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat8.1 S/FTP cable for short-distance, high-speed connections in controlled environments such as server rooms or data centres. Avoid excessive bending near the connectors and keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources despite the shielding.
