SALEWA Dynafit Vertical Pole μπαστούνια trail running 110 cm General Lee / Methyl Blue

For trail runners and ski mountaineers who demand featherlight performance on steep, technical terrain, the SALEWA Dynafit Vertical Pole delivers a 110 cm carbon fiber pole that folds to just 37 cm. The General Lee / Methyl Blue colorway pairs a high-strength 100% carbon shaft with an ergonomic EVA grip and a quick-deploy Z-fold system, so you can stash them in a pack and pull them out mid-race without losing momentum.

Key specifications

• Material: 100% carbon fiber shaft for maximum stiffness and minimal swing weight
• Length: 110 cm unfolded, 37 cm packed (Z-fold, 3 segments)
• Weight: 158 g per pole
• Grip: Ergonomic EVA foam with adjustable, lightweight wrist strap
• Tip: Durable carbide tip with small, race-oriented interchangeable basket
• Diameter: 16 mm shaft for an ideal strength-to-weight ratio

Why choose it

Carbon fiber construction cuts grams without compromising durability, while the push-button Z-fold mechanism deploys in seconds and locks securely. The slim 16 mm diameter reduces aerodynamic drag and improves handling on fast descents. The EVA grip absorbs sweat and provides a secure hold even when you're pushing hard, and the adjustable strap keeps the pole close to your hand for efficient poling.

Ideal use cases

• Trail running and skyrunning races where every gram counts
• Fast hiking and alpine approaches with a lightweight pack
• Ski touring and ski mountaineering when you need compact, reliable poles
• Training on mixed terrain where quick stowing and deployment matter

Good to know

The Dynafit Vertical Pole is unisex and built for high-output movement. The interchangeable basket system lets you switch between summer and winter configurations. When folded, the poles fit easily into most running vests and small backpacks, making them a versatile tool for multisport athletes who move fast in the mountains.
