Καλώδιο patch οπτικών ινών ROLINE OM3 50/125µm LC/SC 3m

The ROLINE Fibre Optic Jumper Cable OM3 50/125µm LC/SC, 3 m, is a duplex multimode patch cable designed for high-speed data transmission and organized cabling. It features LC and SC connectors, OM3 multimode fibres with a 50/125 µm core/cladding, and a turquoise jacket for easy identification in network installations.

Advantages

High-quality connectors and precisely assembled fibres provide low insertion loss and excellent return loss. The compact conductor design (fiber movable in secondary coating) improves handling and connector performance. The cable construction includes Kevlar for tensile strength and a PVC outer jacket, ensuring durability while maintaining flexible routing in racks and conduits.

Suitable for

• High-speed multimode network links within data centers
• Server-to-switch and switch-to-switch duplex connections
• Structured cabling where OM3 performance and color coding are required

Key specifications

• Fiber type: Multimode 50/125 µm, OM3
• Connector types: LC to SC (duplex)
• Length: 3 m
• Cable diameter: Ø 2.8 x 6 mm
• Cable jacket: PVC; tensile element: Kevlar

How to use

Ensure both ends are clean before connecting. Insert the LC connector into the corresponding LC port and the SC connector into the SC port until they click or seat securely. Route the duplex cable avoiding tight bends and strain; use cable management accessories to prevent stress on the connectors. For best performance, maintain standard bend radii and keep the cable free from kinks or heavy loads.

Recommendations

Use this OM3 LC/SC jumper for short- to medium-distance multimode links in racks and patch panels. Clean connectors with appropriate fiber cleaning tools and verify link performance after installation to confirm low insertion loss.
