Καλώδιο οπτικών ινών DELTACO FB-35, OM1 62,5 µm, 5 m, 2×ST πλήρους duplex

DELTACO FB-35 is a 5 m multimode fibre optic cable with OM1 classification and a 62.5 µm core diameter. It features two channels in a full-duplex configuration with ST connectors on both ends, UPC polished connectors and ceramic ferrules. The cable has an LSZH (low smoke zero halogen) jacket and is intended for short-range network links, fibre backbone segments and industrial or data centre patching where OM1 multimode is specified.

Advantages

The fibre construction with 62.5 µm core diameter and UPC polished connectors with ceramic ferrules ensures stable optical alignment and low connector loss. The LSZH jacket reduces hazardous smoke and corrosive gases in the event of fire, making the cable suitable for installations with safety or regulatory requirements. Full-duplex wiring with two ST connectors simplifies point-to-point multimode connections and patching in racks and cabinets.

Suitable for

• Short-range multimode network links
• Fibre backbone segments within buildings
• Patch panels and rack-to-rack connections in data centres
• Industrial environments requiring LSZH cabling

Key specifications

• Length: 5 m
• Fibre type: Multimode OM1
• Core diameter: 62.5 µm
• Configuration: Full duplex, 2 channels
• Connector type: ST on each end (2×ST)
• Connector polish: UPC
• Ferrule material: Ceramic
• Jacket: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)

How to use

Plug the ST connectors into the corresponding ST ports on transceivers, patch panels or network equipment, observing correct polarity for transmit and receive channels. Ensure connectors are clean before insertion to avoid signal loss; use appropriate fibre cleaning tools if necessary. Route the cable without sharp bends and avoid mechanical strain by securing it with suitable cable management to maintain bend radius and prevent damage to the fibre.

Recommendations

Use in short-distance multimode links and indoor backbone runs where OM1 performance meets system requirements. Verify compatibility of transceivers and equipment with OM1 multimode fibre and ST connectors before installation. Regularly inspect and clean connector end faces to maintain optimal optical performance.
