Καλώδιο Ethernet ProXtend CAT5e RJ-45 5M πράσινο

The ProXtend CAT5e U/UTP CU PVC Ethernet Cable is a 5 m network cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends designed for 10/100/1000Base-T(X) networks. Reinforced with strain relief and a snagless latch, the cable is available in copper and copper-clad aluminum variants and comes in multiple colours and lengths. Gold-plated contacts ensure reliable connectivity and the green jacket provides a distinctive appearance for easy identification.

Advantages

This CAT5e U/UTP cable supports data transfer rates up to 1000 Mbit/s and is built for durable everyday use thanks to strain relief and snagless latch protection. The gold-plated RJ-45 connectors improve contact reliability and the PVC jacket offers mechanical protection. Multiple material, length and colour options make it easy to match network layout and installation needs.

Suitable for

• Wired LAN connections for desktops and laptops
• Connecting switches, routers and modems in home or small office networks
• Patch panel and rack cabling for non-critical gigabit links

Key specifications

• Cable length: 5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 — both ends
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair)
• Conductor: copper (CU) or copper-clad aluminium variants available
• Product colour: Green
• Data transfer rate: up to 1000 Mbit/s
• Weight: 0.198 kg

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet port until the latch clicks. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and high-interference sources (large motors, fluorescent lighting) to maintain signal integrity. For structured cabling, label both ends and secure the cable with appropriate clips or cable ties without compressing the jacket.

Recommendations

For best performance use the copper (CU) variant where budget and installation permit; reserve copper-clad aluminium for less demanding, cost-sensitive installations. Replace the cable if the jacket or connectors are visibly damaged to avoid connection issues.
