The Telegärtner MP8 FS 600 LSZH-10,0 is a 10 m blue networking patch cable designed for reliable data transmission in office, home and control-cabinet environments. Constructed from LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) material, the cable reduces toxic and corrosive gases in case of fire and is suitable for applications requiring enhanced fire-safety properties. The product meets category transmission requirements and is equipped with strain relief and latch protection for improved durability and secure connector retention.

Advantages

This Telegärtner patch cable combines LSZH jacket material with a moulded strain relief and integrated latch protection to provide robust mechanical protection and secure plug retention. The cable family covers multiple categories and lengths; when Cat.7 or Cat.5e constructions are used within the same product range, the transmission properties exceed the requirements of ISO/IEC 11801 (2nd edition) for Channel Class E and Class D respectively, which is documented by certificates. The blue 10 m variant offers a practical length for common installations while maintaining cable performance suitable for Gigabit Ethernet.

Suitable for

• Connecting devices in office and home networks
• Patch cabling within control cabinets and IP20 protected areas
• Gigabit Ethernet and Class D/E channel installations where Cat.5e–Cat.7 performance is required

How to use

Connect one RJ45 plug of the MP8 FS 600 LSZH-10,0 to the network port of your switch, patch panel or device and the other plug to the corresponding port on the target device. Ensure the latch protection clicks into place to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and mechanical stress; the moulded strain relief reduces tension at the connector but standard cable management practices should be applied in racks and cabinets.

Recommendations

Use this LSZH patch cable in indoor installations and IP20-protected environments. Avoid exposure to outdoor elements, prolonged direct sunlight, or temperatures outside the cable's specified range. For installations requiring certified Channel Class E or D performance, select the appropriate category variant (Cat.7 or Cat.5e) within the Telegärtner patch cable range and consult the product certificates.
