The Telegärtner MP8 FS 600 LSZH-1,0 blue networking cable is a 1.0 m patch cable with low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) insulation, intended for use in office environments and control cabinets with protection class IP20. It is available in multiple categories and colours; when manufactured as Cat.7 or Cat.5e, transmission properties meet or exceed ISO/IEC 11801 (2nd edition) channel requirements, and certificates confirm compliance. The cable includes latch protection and a moulded strain relief for improved robustness and connector protection.

Advantages

The MP8 FS 600 LSZH-1,0 provides LSZH insulation for reduced toxic and corrosive gases in the event of fire, a standard 1 m length for typical patching needs, and a moulded strain relief plus latch protection to protect connectors from mechanical stress. With category-compliant transmission characteristics (Cat.5e/Cat.7 where applicable) it supports Gigabit Ethernet and meets ISO/IEC cabling standards for reliable network performance.

Suitable for

• Office patch panels and workstation connections
• Control cabinets and equipment rooms with IP20 environment
• Gigabit Ethernet connections requiring category-compliant cabling
• Environments where LSZH jacket is required for fire safety

Ensure the cable is routed without sharp bends and avoid kinking or excessive tension on the moulded strain relief. Use the latch protection to secure the plug in the socket; verify link/activity LEDs on devices to confirm a successful physical connection.

Recommendations

Use this LSZH patch cable indoors in IP20-rated cabinets and office environments; choose the appropriate category (Cat.5e or Cat.7) based on your network requirements and check certificates if higher channel-class performance is required. For best performance, avoid running alongside high-voltage power cables and maintain bend radius as recommended by the manufacturer.
