The LogiLink C6A031S RJ-45 Cat6a networking cable is a certified 1 m patch cable designed for high-speed wired networks. It supports data rates up to 10 Gigabit Ethernet and frequencies up to 500 MHz. The cable features pair shielding (S/FTP) and an overall copper braid shield; the jacket is halogen-free and flame retardant. Both ends are fitted with shielded RJ45 plugs with slim overmoulded strain relief and a snagless design, and the cable is finished in white for a discreet appearance.

Advantages

This Cat6a cable provides reliable 10 Gbps performance for short runs and reduced electromagnetic interference thanks to pair and overall shielding. The halogen-free, flame-retardant jacket increases safety in enclosed spaces. Shielded RJ45 connectors with slim strain relief improve connector durability and ease of installation in patch panels and tight spaces.

Suitable for

• 10 Gigabit Ethernet connections over short distances (up to standard channel limits)
• Server rooms, network cabinets and office desktop connections
• High-bandwidth tasks such as gaming, 4K/8K streaming and large file transfers
• Environments where reduced EMI and fire safety are required

How to use

Connect each RJ45 plug to the corresponding Ethernet ports on your devices or network equipment. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and keep it separate from high-voltage power lines to minimise interference. For best performance in structured cabling, use within recommended channel lengths and follow your network equipment manufacturer’s installation guidelines.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6a S/FTP cable for short high-speed links in controlled environments such as server rooms or offices; if you need longer runs or outdoor installation, select cables rated for those conditions and verify total channel length to maintain 10 Gbps performance.
