Καλώδιο δικτύου Helos CAT6 S/FTP (PIMF) 10m

The Helos CAT6 S/FTP (PIMF) 10m networking cable provides a 10 metre connection with RJ-45 connectors on both ends and SF/UTP shielding for reduced interference. Designed for structured cabling in home and office networks, this black CAT6 cable is intended for applications that require reliable gigabit data transmission over a fixed-length patch lead.

Advantages

The S/FTP (PIMF) construction offers braided overall shielding combined with individually foil-shielded pairs, which helps reduce crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference. Equipped with standard RJ-45 connectors on both ends, the cable supports straightforward plug-and-play installation with compatible network equipment. The 10 m length provides flexibility for desk-to-switch and room-to-room connections while keeping cable runs tidy and manageable.

Key specifications

• Category: CAT6
• Shielding: S/FTP (braided overall shield with individually foil-shielded pairs)
• Length: 10 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Colour: Black

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the network port of your device and the other RJ-45 plug to the switch, router or wall outlet. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to guarantee a stable contact. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and pinching points; allow gentle curves with a radius larger than the cable diameter to preserve shielding and conductor integrity. For permanent installations, secure the cable with appropriate clips or ties without compressing the jacket.

Recommendations

Use the cable for gigabit Ethernet and related network applications within the maximum recommended run lengths for CAT6 cabling. Avoid running the cable parallel to high-power electrical lines for long distances to minimize potential interference. Inspect connectors periodically and replace the cable if the jacket or connectors show visible damage.
