Καλώδιο δικτύου EFB Elektronik RJ45 U/UTP Cat.5e 10m πράσινο

The EFB Elektronik RJ45 U/UTP Cat.5e networking cable is a 10 m green patch cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, designed for typical Ethernet connections. It uses U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair) Cat.5e construction and gold-plated contacts to provide reliable data transmission for home and office networks.

Advantages

This Cat.5e cable offers a standardized TIA/EIA 568B wiring scheme, low contaminant levels (lead < 90 ppm, cadmium < 5 ppm) and PVC insulation for flexibility and durability. Gold-plated RJ-45 plugs improve contact reliability and reduce corrosion, while the 10 m length allows convenient device placement within network setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs, switches and routers within a LAN
• Home and small office Ethernet cabling
• Network patching in server racks and patch panels

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat.5e, TIA/EIA 568B coded
• Length: 10 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 — RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Cable type: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair)
• Insulation: PVC
• Material limits: Lead < 90 ppm, Cadmium < 5 ppm
• Colour: Green

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your device and the other into a router, switch or wall outlet following the TIA/EIA 568B wiring standard. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, excessive tension or pinch points to maintain performance and longevity.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep cable runs under typical Cat.5e maximum segment lengths (100 m) and avoid running parallel to high-voltage power lines. Use strain relief at connection points if the cable is subject to frequent movement.
