Καλώδιο δικτύου EFB Elektronik K8093.15 RJ-45 Cat5e 15m πράσινο

The EFB Elektronik K8093.15 is a 15 m Cat5e U/UTP networking cable with two moulded RJ-45 plugs (IEC 60603-7). Constructed with 4 pairs of AWG24/7 conductors and copper-plated contacts, the cable supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) Ethernet and complies with TIA/EIA 568B wiring. The PVC jacket has a diameter of 5.4 mm and meets flame-retardant requirements of IEC 60332-1.

Advantages

This Cat5e patch cable provides reliable gigabit data transmission for home and office networks, with moulded strain relief on the connectors to reduce bending stress. The unshielded U/UTP design and standard RJ-45 terminations ensure compatibility with common network equipment. The green jacket makes cable identification simple in multi-cable installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers, switches and routers in Ethernet networks
• Patch panels and wall-mounted keystone jacks wired to TIA/EIA 568B
• Home, small office and structured cabling runs up to 15 m

Key specifications

• Length: 15 m
• Standard: Cat5e, 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Connectors: 2 x RJ-45 (IEC 60603-7)
• Cabling: U/UTP, 4 x 2 x AWG24/7
• Jacket: PVC, Ø = 5.4 mm, flame retardant IEC 60332-1
• Wiring code: TIA/EIA 568B
• Colour: Green

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet port on devices such as switches, routers or network interface cards. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the moulded latch clicks (note: the cable uses moulded strain relief without additional latch protection). Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and pinch points; maintain proper slack to prevent tension at connector ends.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat5e cable for runs up to 15 m and avoid running parallel to high-voltage power cables. For environments requiring electromagnetic shielding or longer runs, consider shielded Cat6/Cat6a alternatives.
