InLine 66659E Μετατροπέας δικτύου 10000 Mbit/s 850 nm πολυτροπικός μαύρο

Efficient media converter for easy network migration from copper to fiber
Supports 10 Gb/s transmission rate for high network performance
Link Fault Pass Through (LFP) function for easy maintenance
Low power consumption and stable performance over long periods of time
Plug-and-play solution for easy installation

The InLine® Network Media Converter enables cost-effective migration or expansion of existing networks by converting electrical copper signals into optical fiber signals. This allows networks with a range of up to 300 m to be connected via multimode fiber optics.
Equipped with an integrated high-performance core, broadcast storm control and IEEE 802.3x flow control, this converter ensures a stable and reliable network connection. The integrated CRC error check optimizes signal quality and minimizes data loss. The media converter also offers a Link Fault Pass Through (LFP) function to facilitate maintenance work and detect network errors at an early stage.
The compact design with an RJ45 port for twisted pair connections and an SFP port for fiber optics makes the device flexible to use. Thanks to its low heat generation and low power consumption, the converter ensures long-lasting and interference-free operation.

How to use

Mount the media converter using the supplied brackets or place it on a flat surface. Connect the twisted-pair Ethernet cable to the RJ45 port and insert the fibre connection into the SFP port (SFP is pre-installed). Plug the external 12V DC/1A power supply into the device and a mains outlet. Monitor the status LEDs to verify power and link/activity; configure attached network devices as required for 10GBase-T or compatible speeds. Use Link Fault Pass Through (LFP) functionality to assist troubleshooting when a link fails.

Recommendations

Install the converter in a ventilated, dust-free environment within the specified operating temperature and humidity ranges. Use multimode fibre and compatible SFP modules as supplied; verify cable quality and RJ45 shielding for reliable 10GBase-T performance. Regularly check LED indicators and secure mounting to prevent mechanical stress.
