EXERTIS CONNECT Uniboot Glasfaser-Patchkabel, OM3 50/125µm, LC Duplex σε LC Duplex, UPC, aqua, 5m 392944

High-density fibre patching in data centres often suffers from cable bulk and difficult polarity reversal. This Uniboot cable solves both by combining two fibres in a single, round jacket and allowing polarity change without special tools. It is built for 10G/40G/100G Ethernet links over multimode OM3 fibre, with LC Duplex connectors on both ends and UPC polish for low insertion loss.

Who is it for

Network engineers and data centre technicians who need reliable, space-saving fibre connections between switches, servers, and patch panels in high-density environments.

Main features

• Uniboot design: two fibres in one cable for reduced cable volume and easier routing.
• OM3 multimode fibre, 50/125 µm core/cladding, supports 10G up to 300 m and 40/100G up to 100 m.
• LC Duplex to LC Duplex connectors with UPC polish for low insertion loss (≤0.3 dB) and high return loss (≥50 dB).
• Aqua jacket for quick identification of OM3 fibre.
• 5.0 m length, ideal for rack-to-rack or intra-rack connections.

Tips

To reverse polarity, simply swap the connector positions in the Uniboot clip—no need to re-terminate or use a different cable. Keep the protective caps on connectors when not in use to prevent dust contamination.
