Καλώδιο οπτικών ινών S/CONN ShiverPeaks 77935 5 m LC πορτοκαλί

The ShiverPeaks S/CONN 77935 is a 5 m multimode fibre optic patch cable with LC connectors on both ends, designed for reliable short- to medium-distance data links. With a 50 µm core diameter (OM2), this orange-coloured cable supports full duplex transmission and is suitable for structured cabling in data centres, server rooms and telecommunications cabinets where consistent signal integrity and easy identification are required.

Advantages

This LC–LC OM2 fibre cable provides stable high-speed data transfer and minimal insertion loss when used within its specified distance range. The orange jacket ensures quick visual identification in dense cable bundles, and the LC connectors on both ends offer a compact form factor compatible with modern transceivers and patch panels. The 5 m length balances flexibility for rack-to-rack connections while avoiding excessive slack that can complicate cable management.

Suitable for

• Short- to medium-range multimode network links in data centres and server rooms
• Patch panel to switch or transceiver connections requiring LC connectors
• Telecommunications cabinets and structured cabling installations
• Applications needing colour-coded cabling for easy identification

Key specifications

• Length: 5 metres
• Fibre type: Multimode (OM2)
• Core diameter: 50 µm
• Connector type: LC to LC
• Transmission mode: Full duplex
• Jacket colour: Orange

How to use

Install the cable by inserting each LC connector into the corresponding LC port on the transceiver, switch, or patch panel until it clicks into place. Ensure connectors and ports are clean before mating to minimise attenuation; use appropriate fibre cleaning tools if necessary. Route the cable following existing cable management pathways, avoiding tight bends and kinks to maintain optical performance. For removal, press the LC connector latch and gently withdraw the connector from the port.

Izmantošanas ieteikumi

For consistent performance, keep connector endfaces protected with dust caps when not in use, avoid bend radii below manufacturer recommendations, and perform loss testing after installation in critical links.
