DSIT CAT5e U/UTP καλώδιο δικτύου, 50 m, πορτοκαλί, 100% χαλκός (DC-56-500)

Running a reliable Gigabit network over longer distances often hits a wall: signal loss, interference, and flimsy cables that degrade over time. The DSIT CAT5e U/UTP bulk cable solves this by delivering solid 100% copper conductors, a 50-meter continuous run, and a durable PVC jacket that keeps your installation stable for years. Whether you're wiring an office, a home, or a server room, this cable gives you the performance and headroom you need.

Who is it for

This cable is built for network installers, IT technicians, and DIY enthusiasts who need a dependable, high-quality CAT5e cable for structured cabling projects. It's ideal for pulling through walls, ceilings, or conduits where you'll terminate the ends yourself with RJ45 connectors or keystone jacks.

Main features

• 100% solid copper conductors (24 AWG) for superior conductivity and less resistance compared to copper-clad aluminium (CCA).
• U/UTP construction: unshielded twisted pairs reduce crosstalk and interference, suitable for most indoor environments.
• 50-meter length on a convenient reel or box, perfect for long runs without splicing.
• Bright orange PVC jacket for high visibility and easy identification in crowded cable trays.
• Supports Gigabit Ethernet (1000BASE-T) and frequencies up to 100 MHz, meeting TIA/EIA-568-C.2 standards.

Tips

When pulling this cable, avoid exceeding the maximum pulling tension (typically 110 N for CAT5e) and maintain a minimum bend radius of about 4 times the cable diameter to prevent damage. Since it's unshielded, keep it away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference like large motors or fluorescent lighting. For best performance, use matching CAT5e connectors and test each run with a cable certifier after termination.
