Ασύρματο Access Point Grandstream GWN7660ELR 2,4 GHz 5 GHz

The Grandstream GWN7660ELR is an enterprise-grade, weatherproof long-range Wi‑Fi 6 access point that operates on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. It supports 2x2:2 MU‑MIMO, PoE installation and delivers up to 1000 Mbit/s on the Ethernet LAN port. Designed for high-density environments, the device includes robust security algorithms such as WPA3 and comes in a white, weather-resistant enclosure suitable for outdoor deployments.

Advantages

The GWN7660ELR combines Wi‑Fi 6 performance with long-range coverage and weatherproof design for outdoor enterprise deployments. It supports multiple free management options — cloud-based GDMS Networking, on‑premise GWN Manager, and an embedded controller in the web UI — enabling flexible network management. Certified by the Wi‑Fi Alliance for Wi‑Fi 6 interoperability, it supports modern networking standards and offers PoE for simplified installation while consuming up to 13 W.

How to use

Install the access point in an outdoor location with suitable mounting hardware and connect it to a PoE‑capable Ethernet switch or injector to power the device and provide network connectivity. Use the web user interface to configure the embedded controller, or choose GDMS Networking for cloud management or GWN Manager for on‑premise centralized management. Configure SSIDs, security (enable WPA3 where supported), VLANs and other wireless settings according to site requirements, and verify coverage and client connectivity after installation.

Recommendations

For optimal long‑range outdoor performance, mount the GWN7660ELR above obstructions with clear line of sight toward coverage areas, ensure proper grounding and weather sealing of cable entries, and use a Gigabit PoE source. Regularly update firmware and use the chosen management platform (GDMS, GWN Manager or embedded controller) to monitor device health and apply security patches.
