Διαχειριζόμενος διακόπτης Grandstream Networks GWN7832

The Grandstream Networks GWN7832 is a managed Layer 3 aggregation switch with 10G Ethernet ports designed for scalable enterprise networks. It provides a switching capacity of 240 Gbit/s and a MAC address table of 32,000 entries. The switch supports advanced VLAN, QoS features, IGMP/MLD snooping and a range of IEEE networking standards for robust traffic management and security. The unit is rack-mountable and comes in a grey housing.

Advantages

The GWN7832 offers high performance switching with 10G Ethernet support and a large MAC table for handling many endpoints. Layer 3 aggregation capabilities enable flexible network segmentation and routing, while advanced QoS and IGMP/MLD snooping help optimize traffic flow. Management options include a local web GUI, CLI, and integration with GWN.Cloud and GWN Manager for centralized cloud or on-premise control.

Suitable for

• Enterprise core and aggregation layers
• Data centers and server racks requiring 10G uplinks
• Campus networks with VLAN segmentation and QoS needs
• Environments requiring centralized cloud or on-premise management

How to use

Install the GWN7832 in a standard equipment rack and connect uplinks and access links using the 10G Ethernet ports. Configure Layer 3 interfaces, VLANs and routing as required via the local web interface or the CLI. For centralized monitoring and configuration, add the switch to GWN.Cloud or GWN Manager following the platform setup instructions. Apply QoS policies and IGMP/MLD snooping settings to prioritize and optimize multicast and latency-sensitive traffic.

Recommendations

For stable operation in enterprise environments, maintain firmware updates from Grandstream, segment traffic using VLANs for security, and use the switch’s QoS features to prioritize critical services such as VoIP and servers. When deploying in racks, ensure adequate cooling and cable management for 10G connections.
