Καλώδιο InfiniBand/οπτικής ίνας Goobay 95756 15m LC πράσινο

Fiber optical network cable LC-LC OM3 (laser optimized), multimode (50/125µ) duplex, 15 m length. The Goobay 95756 is fitted with LC duplex connectors on both ends and protective dust covers. The halogen-free, flame-retardant sheath and included test protocol make it suitable for professional installations in offices, industrial environments and computer/data centres requiring InfiniBand or fibre optic connections.

Advantages

The cable uses 50/125 µm multimode OM3 (laser optimized) fibre for improved bandwidth at short to medium ranges and supports common Ethernet and InfiniBand transmission rates. LC duplex connectors on both ends provide compact, standardized terminations and the delivered test protocol documents optical performance. The halogen-free, flame-retardant jacket increases safety in enclosed spaces.

Suitable for

• Connecting servers, switches and storage in data centres
• InfiniBand and high-speed fibre links in high-performance computing
• Office and industrial network installations requiring multimode OM3 cabling

How to use

Route the cable avoiding tight bends and mechanical stress, observe the minimum bend radius specified by the installer or manufacturer, and remove dust caps from the LC connectors only immediately before insertion. Insert the LC duplex connectors into corresponding LC ports on devices such as switches, network interface cards or InfiniBand adapters until they click into place. Verify connection and optical performance using suitable testing equipment or by consulting the supplied test protocol.

Recommendations

For reliable high-speed links, use this OM3 LC-LC cable for short to medium distance connections within racks and between adjacent equipment rooms. Keep connectors capped when not in use, and avoid routing alongside high-voltage power lines to minimise interference and mechanical wear.
