Καλώδιο δικτύου Goobay CAT6a U/UTP 2m κόκκινο

The Goobay CAT6a U/UTP 2m networking cable in red is a 2-meter patch cable designed for high-speed Ethernet connections. It follows the EIA/TIA 568B pair sequence and uses RJ-45 plugs with 3 µ gold plated contacts. The cable has a slim outer diameter of 1.5 x 6 mm and a molded connector design with integrated strain relief for reliable mechanical performance.

Advantages

This CAT6a U/UTP cable provides consistent data transmission for 10 Gigabit Ethernet over short-to-medium distances. Gold-plated contacts improve contact reliability and reduce corrosion. The molded connectors with strain relief increase connector durability and reduce risk of cable damage at the plug. Its red jacket allows easy visual identification in multi-cable installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers, switches and routers in home or office networks
• Patch panels and wall outlets following EIA/TIA 568B wiring
• High-speed LAN setups requiring CAT6a performance

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 plug into the network device's Ethernet port until it clicks to ensure a secure connection. Use the cable to link devices such as PCs, switches, routers or patch panels. Follow EIA/TIA 568B wiring conventions when terminating or testing the cable. Avoid tight bending near the connector; the molded strain relief reduces stress but standard cable handling practices should be observed.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep cable runs within recommended length limits for Ethernet and avoid running parallel to high-power electrical cables. Use the red cable for easy identification in patch cabinets and structured cabling installations. Periodically inspect connectors for dirt or damage and clean contacts if necessary.
