Βύσμα modular RJ45 DeLOCK Cat.6 50 τεμ. σετ με ανθεκτική γλωττίδα

The DeLOCK RJ45 Modular Plug Cat.6 50 pcs set contains shielded RJ45 male plugs, bend protection boots and a cable manager for assembling cables with conductors from 26 to 23 AWG. The set is intended for Cat.6 network installations and offers components in transparent, metallic and black finishes for reliable connector assembly.

Advantages

The kit includes a robust latch designed for frequent mating cycles, allowing the industrial-style plug to be inserted and removed up to 2,000 times without the latching lug bending or breaking. Shielded plugs and bend protection boots protect the cable end from abrasion and reduce tensile strain. The included cable manager simplifies correct wire alignment and assembly for consistent performance.

Suitable for

• Assembling Cat.6 network patch and patchcord cables
• Industrial networking where connectors are frequently unplugged
• Telecommunications and structured cabling installations
• Field or workshop cable termination with 26–23 AWG conductors

How to use

Prepare the cable by stripping the outer jacket and arranging conductors according to the desired wiring standard. Insert the wires into the cable manager to maintain correct order, slide on the bend protection boot, then push the wires into the shielded RJ45 plug until they reach the end. Use an appropriate crimping tool designed for shielded RJ45 plugs to terminate the connector. After crimping, fit the bend protection boot over the cable end and verify the latch engages securely.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, use the set with Cat.6 rated cable and ensure conductors conform to the specified 26–23 AWG range. Use a crimping tool compatible with shielded RJ45 modular plugs and inspect terminations visually and electrically before putting cables into service.
