Use an appropriate crimping or insertion tool designed for 6P4C connectors to secure the contacts. After termination, visually inspect through the transparent housing to confirm correct seating and contact alignment.

Recommendations

Use the MicroConnect KON501-10R connectors with compatible 6P4C crimping or insertion tools and verify cable conductor order before crimping. Store connectors in a dry environment to avoid contamination of contact surfaces.
