Vivolink VL120007 Επέκταση AV Πομπός & δέκτης AV Μαύρο

The Vivolink VL120007 is an AV transmitter and receiver pair (VL120007T transmitter and VL120007R receiver) designed to extend HDMI and bi-directional IR signals over a single Cat5e/Cat6 cable. The set supports transmission of 4K video up to 40 m (131 ft) and 1080p up to 70 m (230 ft). The units include Power over Cable (PoC) capability so that only one power supply is required for the pair. The compact housings make the VL120007 suitable for installations where space is limited.

Advantages

The VL120007 delivers long-distance AV extension with support for 4K and 1080p resolutions, while carrying bi-directional IR control signals. PoC support simplifies installation by eliminating the need for two power adapters. The extender uses a single Cat5e/Cat6 cable for both video and control transmission, reducing cabling complexity.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Extending HDMI and IR signals between rooms or within commercial spaces
• Connecting sources (PC, Blu-ray, set-top box) to distant displays or projectors
• AV installations requiring minimal cabling and centralized power

How to use

Install the transmitter near the HDMI source and the receiver near the display. Connect the transmitter and receiver with a single Cat5e or Cat6 cable of appropriate length. Connect the HDMI source to the transmitter’s HDMI input and the display to the receiver’s HDMI output. If using PoC, power only one unit with the supplied AC adapter; otherwise connect power adapters to both units. Set up IR emitters/receivers on both ends to enable remote control pass-through.

Recommendations

Use high-quality Cat5e or Cat6 cable for reliable transmission; for distances near the maximum limits, prefer Cat6 to reduce signal degradation. Ensure both units are ventilated and avoid placing them in enclosed, unventilated spaces. Verify HDMI cable lengths at source and display do not exceed manufacturer recommendations to maintain signal integrity.
