Τυφλό πριτσίνι GESIPA PG Al/A2 3,2x8 mm RAL9005 μαύρο, συσκευασία 1000 τεμ.

Blind Rivet GESIPA PG Al/A2 3.2x8 mm RAL9005 Black, pack of 1000 are aluminium-bodied blind rivets with A2 stainless steel mandrels, supplied in a bulk pack designed for repeated use in production or repair environments. These blind rivets allow fast and reliable blind-side joining of thin materials where access to the reverse side is restricted. The combination of aluminium body and A2 mandrel provides basic corrosion resistance while keeping component weight low and ensuring consistent setting characteristics across large batches.

Advantages

The aluminium body together with an A2 stainless steel mandrel delivers durability against atmospheric corrosion in many indoor and sheltered outdoor applications while remaining lightweight. The 3.2x8 mm size is suitable for joining thin sheets and profiles with a predictable grip range and consistent clamping force. Supplied in a pack of 1000, these rivets help reduce downtime for replenishment in repetitive assembly tasks and enable efficient inventory management. The RAL9005 black finish provides a uniform aesthetic match for dark surfaces and can reduce the need for secondary finishing.

Suitable for

• Joining thin metal sheets and light-gauge profiles
• Blind-side fastening where rear access is limited or impossible
• General assembly, repair and maintenance tasks in manufacturing
• Applications requiring a black finish for visual consistency

Key specifications

• Rivet body material: aluminium
• Mandrel material: A2 stainless steel
• Nominal diameter: 3.2 mm
• Grip length (head-to-tail): 8 mm
• Finish/color: RAL9005 black
• Pack quantity: 1000 pieces
• Head style: standard domed head (suitable for general-purpose fastening)

How to use

Select a rivet size that matches the combined material thickness and drill a clearance hole of the correct diameter. Insert the blind rivet through the aligned components so the rivet body rests against the visible face and the mandrel protrudes from the blind side. Use a compatible blind-riveting tool to pull the mandrel until the rivet body deforms and forms a blind-side bulge, creating a secure joint. Continue pulling until the mandrel snaps, then remove the spent mandrel tip. Verify the formed bulge and flushness of the head to ensure proper installation.

Recommendations

For reliable joints, ensure hole diameter, rivet length and material thickness are matched; use a rivet gun with appropriate nosepiece for 3.2 mm rivets and maintain the tool according to manufacturer guidance. Avoid use in continuously wet, highly corrosive environments without additional protection; for critical structural or marine applications, consider alternative material combinations rated for those conditions.
