Τυφλό πριτσίνι GESIPA 1433487 αλουμινίου χάλυβα κεφαλή 8mm στέλεχος 4mm μήκος 10mm

Blind rivet GESIPA 1433487 is a mixed-material fastener with an aluminium body and a steel mandrel, designed for shear- and pull-resistant permanent joints. The rivet has an 8 mm dome head, a 4 mm tail (mandrel) diameter and a 10 mm overall length; it is supplied in a pack of 500 pieces and intended for general-purpose joining of thin sheets and components where access is available from one side only.

Advantages

The combination of an aluminium sleeve and a steel mandrel gives a balance of lightweight material and high setting strength. GESIPA standard blind rivets are offered in a wide range of materials, shapes and lengths to match different applications, and the 1433487 model is suitable where a dome head profile and a 4 mm shank are required. The product is available in stock sizes that simplify selection for routine assembly tasks.

Suitable for

• Joining thin metal sheets and profiles
• Assemblies requiring one-sided access
• General industrial and maintenance fastening tasks
• Applications needing a dome-head, 4 mm shank rivet

How to use

Drill or prepare a hole matching the 4 mm shank diameter, insert the rivet through the assembled parts until the head is flush with the surface, and set the rivet using a blind-rivet tool appropriate for 4 mm mandrels. Pull the mandrel until it breaks off, creating the formed blind-side clamp. Ensure the tool and rivet size match and that the materials being joined are within the rivet’s recommended grip range.

Recommendations

Use corrosion-compatible materials and consider surface treatments if joining dissimilar metals. Select the correct hole diameter and check tool compatibility with 4 mm mandrels. Store rivets in a dry environment to avoid contamination or corrosion prior to use.
