Τυφλό πριτσίνι GESIPA 1433470 αλουμινίου χάλυβα γκρι 6,5 mm 3 mm 8 mm

GESIPA 1433470 is a blind rivet made of aluminium body and steel mandrel with a dome head. It has a head diameter of 6.5 mm, a shank (tail) diameter of 3 mm and a total length of 8 mm. Supplied in a pack of 500 pieces, this blind rivet is intended for creating strong, permanent joints where access is available only from one side.

Advantages

The combination of an aluminium body and a steel mandrel provides a balance of light weight and high tensile strength. The dome head ensures a neat finish on the visible side while the standard design is available in a range of materials and dimensions for different applications. Pack quantity of 500 makes it practical for both small repairs and larger installation jobs.

Suitable for

• Fastening thin metal sheets and panels
• General repair and maintenance work
• Applications with access from one side only
• Industrial and workshop assembly tasks

How to use

Drill a hole matching the 3 mm shank diameter in the parts to be joined. Insert the rivet through the aligned holes so the dome head sits on the visible surface. Use an appropriate blind rivet tool to pull the mandrel until the rivet body expands and clamps the materials together. Break off the mandrel when the rivet is fully set, leaving a secure, permanent joint.

Recommendations

Use the rivet with a blind rivet tool sized for 3 mm shanks. Ensure hole diameters and panel thicknesses match the rivet dimensions. For painted or anodised surfaces, test on a scrap piece to check for desired appearance and compatibility. Store in a dry place to avoid corrosion of the steel mandrel.
