TP-Link VIGI NVR1004H Καταγραφέας βίντεο δικτύου 4 καναλιών 4K

The TP-Link VIGI NVR1004H Network Video Recorder 4 Channels 4K is a compact surveillance NVR designed to record and manage up to four IP camera streams at resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 (4K). It supports recording at 720p, 1080p and 2160p, and accepts a single SATA hard drive with maximum supported capacity up to 10 TB. The unit provides basic network connectivity and protocol support including UPnP and NTP, and includes two USB 2.0 ports and one Ethernet LAN (RJ-45) port. Its black, space-saving enclosure and 0.59 kg weight make it suitable for small office or residential surveillance installations.

Advantages

The VIGI NVR1004H offers multi-resolution recording options and native support for 4K video, enabling higher detail capture where needed while allowing lower resolutions for continuous or remote-viewing efficiency. With SATA HDD support up to 10 TB, the recorder can store extended footage locally without immediate cloud dependency. Integrated UPnP and NTP protocol support simplify network discovery and time synchronization across connected cameras and the recorder. The device includes two USB 2.0 ports for local backup or peripheral connection and a single RJ-45 Ethernet port for network integration.

Suitable for

• Small office surveillance systems
• Residential property monitoring
• Retail storefront monitoring with up to four cameras
• Remote site security where local storage is required

How to use

Install a compatible SATA hard drive into the recorder, connect the NVR to a local network using the RJ-45 Ethernet port, and connect up to four IP cameras to the same network. Use the VIGI management interface or compatible client software to discover cameras via UPnP, configure recording resolutions (720p, 1080p or 2160p) per channel, and set NTP time synchronization for accurate timestamps. Back up important clips using an external USB drive connected to one of the USB 2.0 ports or via network export. Ensure the unit is placed on a stable surface and powered according to the supplier instructions.

Recommendations

For reliable continuous recording, choose a surveillance-grade SATA HDD and configure appropriate compression and frame rate settings to balance retention time and storage capacity. Enable NTP to keep timestamps accurate, and place the recorder in a ventilated location to maintain optimal operating conditions.
