Καλώδιο δικτύου S/CONN 15m RJ45 Cat5e SF/UTP

The ShiverPeaks S/CONN 15m RJ45 Cat5e SF/UTP networking cable provides a shielded Cat5e connection with RJ-45 plugs on both ends. Designed for up to 100 MHz and data rates up to 1000 Mbit/s, this grey cable reduces electromagnetic interference through foil and braid shielding and is suitable for wired connections between networking devices in home or office environments.

Advantages

SF/UTP shielding (foil plus braid) improves resistance to external interference compared with unshielded cables. Cat5e construction supports gigabit Ethernet over short to medium distances while maintaining signal integrity up to the specified 100 MHz bandwidth. The pre-terminated RJ-45 8/8 plugs on both ends offer straightforward plug-and-play installation and compatibility with standard networking equipment.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, switches and routers in home networks
• Wired connections in small offices and workstations
• Temporary or permanent patching in structured cabling where Cat5e performance is sufficient

Key specifications

• Length: 15 m
• Standard: Cat5e
• Shielding: SF/UTP (foil + braid around pairs or overall)
• Bandwidth: up to 100 MHz
• Data rate: up to 1000 Mbit/s (Gigabit Ethernet)
• Connectors: RJ-45 plug 8/8 – RJ-45 plug 8/8
• Color: Grey
• Brand: ShiverPeaks; MPN: 11135145; EAN: 4017538002310

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your device (PC, switch, router) and the other connector into the corresponding port on the opposite device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and the latching clip locks into place. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic noise. For best performance, keep the cable length within the stated 15 m and avoid coiling tightly.

Recommendations

Use this Cat5e SF/UTP cable where shielded cabling is preferred to reduce interference. For installations requiring higher bandwidth or longer distances, consider Cat6 or higher-rated cables. Inspect connectors periodically and replace the cable if the shielding or plugs are damaged.
