Καλώδιο δικτύου EFB Elektronik RJ45 S/FTP Cat5e γκρι 20 m

The EFB Elektronik RJ45 S/FTP Cat5e networking cable, 20 m in length, provides reliable wired connectivity for local area networks and device interconnections. The cable uses Cat5e specification with foil and braid (S/FTP) shielding and RJ-45 connectors with protective boots; the grey jacket is suited for installations where a discreet appearance is required.

Advantages

S/FTP (foil and braid) shielding reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk compared with unshielded cables, supporting stable data transmission in environments with potential signal noise. The cable’s protected connector boots and compact design improve handling and packing density, while the length imprint on the boot helps with quick identification during installation. The connector wiring follows TIA/EIA 568B coding for compatibility with standard network terminations.

Suitable for

• Wired Ethernet connections in offices and homes
• Connecting network devices such as switches, routers and patch panels
• Structured cabling where Cat5e performance and shielding are required

Key specifications

• Cable type: RJ45 S/FTP Cat5e
• Length: 20 m
• Shielding: Foil and braid (S/FTP)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, TIA/EIA 568B coded
• Colour: Grey
• Features: With boot, protected connector design, length imprint on boot

How to use

Route the cable between network devices ensuring the cable is not excessively bent or pinched. Insert the RJ-45 connectors into the corresponding ports until they latch. Follow standard network setup procedures on your devices to establish a connection. For patch panel or wall-plate terminations, verify TIA/EIA 568B wiring is used on both ends to ensure correct pairing.

Recommendations

Place the cable away from high-power electrical lines and sources of EMI where possible. For best performance maintain recommended bend radii and avoid stretching the cable; use appropriate cable management to preserve shielding integrity.
