Rothenberger ROCUT Plastic Pro 15 - 22 mm Ψαλίδι Πλαστικών Σωλήνων 1000003051

For plumbers and heating installers working with plastic piping systems, the Rothenberger ROCUT Plastic Pro 15 - 22 mm is a ratchet-driven shear that produces clean, right-angled cuts in PP, PE, PEX, PB, PVDF, and multi-layer composite pipes. Its V-edge stainless steel blade and aluminium body deliver precise, burr-free cuts with minimal pipe deformation, while the integrated transport lock and quick-change blade mechanism support efficient, single-hand operation on site.

Key specifications

• Cutting capacity: 15 - 22 mm pipe diameter
• Compatible materials: PP, PE, PEX, PB, PVDF, MLP
• Blade: V-edge, high-grade stainless steel
• Body: Aluminium
• Mechanism: Ratchet-driven, single-hand operation
• Weight: 0.48 kg
• Dimensions: 205 x 95 x 25 mm

Why choose it

The ratchet mechanism reduces hand fatigue during repetitive cuts, while the V-edge blade geometry ensures a clean, square cut without crushing the pipe. The quick-change blade system minimises downtime, and the transport lock prevents accidental opening when the tool is stored in a tool bag.

Ideal use cases

• Cutting PEX and multi-layer pipes in plumbing installations
• Preparing PP-R pipes for fusion welding
• Trimming PE pipes in irrigation or heating systems
• Service and maintenance tasks where a compact, one-hand shear is needed

Good to know

The aluminium body keeps the tool lightweight for overhead work, and the stainless steel blade resists corrosion from wet environments. The shear is designed for pipes with an outer diameter between 15 and 22 mm, covering common residential plumbing sizes.
