Rack επιτοίχιας τοποθέτησης Triton 19 inch rack επιτοίχιο 4U/250

The Triton 19" Rack Wall-mount 4U/250 is a compact wall-mounted network cabinet with a glass or full-metal front door, designed to house 19" equipment while saving floor space. The cabinet keeps the nominal external height of standard products and its depth is indicated approximately in decimetres; exact dimensions and technical parameters are provided in the product tables. The unit supports a maximum load of 20 kg and has a net weight of 11.6 kg. Cable entries are located on the top and bottom sides and are closed with break-out style blanking panels that can be removed with a screwdriver. All 19" components are mounted on adjustable vertical rails; perforations in the rails and body allow natural air circulation for passive cooling.

Advantages

The cabinet offers a 180° opening range on glass or metal doors thanks to robust hinges, enabling easy access to mounted equipment. Its adjustable vertical rails allow forward and backward depth adjustment for flexible mounting of 19" devices. Break-out cable entries on the top and bottom facilitate tidy cable routing without the need for additional cutouts. Perforated panels provide natural ventilation to help dissipate heat from installed components. The product’s grey finish and compact 4U form factor make it suitable for space-conscious installations.

Suitable for

• Mounting 19" networking and telecom equipment in small server rooms or network closets
• Wall-mounted installations where floor space is limited
• Organizing switches, patch panels and small routers or modems
• Environments requiring a visible front door (glass) or a fully metal front

How to use

Mount the cabinet securely to a load-bearing wall using appropriate anchors and fasteners (not included) rated for the combined weight of the cabinet and installed equipment. Remove the break-out panels at the top or bottom as required to route cables, using a screwdriver to detach the blanking sections. Adjust the vertical 19" rails forward or backward to match the mounting depth of your equipment, then fasten devices to the rails using standard 19" mounting hardware. Open the front door up to 180° for full access during installation and maintenance. Refer to the product tables for exact dimensions before installation to ensure sufficient clearance.

Recommendations

Install only up to the specified maximum load (20 kg). Ensure the wall structure and fixings can support the total installed weight. Provide adequate ventilation and avoid placing heat-generating equipment that exceeds passive cooling capabilities; consider active cooling if required. Use appropriate cable management to maintain airflow and prevent strain on connectors.
